Measuring Progress, Inspiring Action is a key initiative of the MAP AZ Dashboard. The project aims to improve Southern Arizona through data-driven collective civic action and education. The website provides users with indicators on the region's progress, as well as access to the latest information and research.

Users can utilize the site to compare Southern Arizona's performance in various socio-economic indicators with other regions. The indicators are grouped into categories such as Economy, Education, Health & Social Well-being, Infrastructure, Quality of Place, and Workforce & Demographics. Each category includes a scorecard summarizing current performance and offers detailed analysis and comparison for each indicator.
