The High Lonesome 100 is a challenging ultra marathon that takes place in the Sawatch Range of the Colorado Rocky Mountains. This 100 mile trail race features a course with 23,500' of vertical gain, reaching an elevation of 13,150'. Runners will experience beautiful singletrack trails, run on the National Continental Divide and Colorado Trails, pass through ghost towns, cross alpine passes, and traverse remote basins and soaring ridges. The event takes place over 37 hours and is organized by a team of dedicated volunteers.
