CFAL (Certified Facilitator of Adult Learning) offers a course on Course Design Essentials for Successful Teaching & Learning. This course helps individuals develop their own workshop or training course with the guidance of an expert mentor. CFAL focuses on awakening creativity, integrating knowledge and understanding with attitudes and feelings, identifying and using different learning styles, building learner competence and confidence, and providing a self-paced learning journey. The course includes personalized coaching at 7 checkpoints, feedback on submitted work, and access to additional resources and support. CFAL aims to empower educators to become compassionate facilitators dedicated to helping others learn.
